Digital Products & Refunds
Last updated: 16 September 2026
This Digital Products, Refunds & Withdrawal Policy applies to digital products purchased through HERWORK at herworkcollective.com.
It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. About Our Digital Products
HERWORK products are supplied digitally.
This may include:
-
digital books;
-
workbooks;
-
journals;
-
guides;
-
tools;
-
templates;
-
bundles;
-
other downloadable digital materials.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.
HERWORK is a brand operated by Back2Health, a registered trade name of Xpertplanning.

2. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, your digital purchase may be made available through:
-
a download link;
-
the order confirmation page;
-
email;
-
another electronic delivery method connected to your order.
Digital products are intended to be available promptly after successful payment.
You are responsible for:
-
entering a correct email address;
-
ensuring that you can access that email address;
-
using a device and software capable of opening the supplied files;
-
downloading and safely storing your purchased files within any download period communicated to you.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact:
jennifer@back2health.nl

3. Your Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within a cooling-off period.
For consumers protected by Dutch or EU consumer law, this period is generally 14 days from the conclusion of the contract for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Different or additional rights may apply under mandatory consumer law in your country.
HERWORK does not present this statutory right as a voluntary refund guarantee.

4. Immediate Access to Digital Products
HERWORK digital products are designed for immediate digital delivery.
During checkout, you may be asked to:
-
agree to our Terms & Conditions;
-
request immediate access to your digital purchase; and
-
acknowledge the effect that beginning the download or access may have on your statutory right of withdrawal.
Where permitted by applicable law, once you have given the required prior consent and acknowledgment and you begin downloading or accessing the digital content, your statutory right of withdrawal ends.
For digital content, Dutch consumer guidance requires that the customer is informed before purchase, actively agrees to the consequence, receives confirmation of that agreement after purchase, and is then able to start the download or access themselves.

5. Before Download or Access Has Begun
If:
-
a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase; and
-
that right has not yet expired or otherwise lawfully ended,
you may exercise that right within the applicable withdrawal period.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a valid statutory right of withdrawal.

6. After Download or Access Has Begun
Once you have begun downloading or accessing a digital product after providing the legally required prior consent and acknowledgment, HERWORK does not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund.
This means that we normally do not provide refunds because you:
-
changed your mind;
-
decided that you no longer want the product;
-
did not use or finish the product;
-
did not complete the exercises;
-
expected a different personal result;
-
forgot to download or use the product;
-
later purchased a different product that you prefer.
This does not remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

7. Defective or Incorrect Digital Products
The fact that a product is digital does not remove your statutory rights if the product is defective or does not conform to the agreement.
Please contact us if:
-
the file is corrupted;
-
the download does not work;
-
you received the wrong product;
-
essential content is missing;
-
the digital product materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase.
Please email:
jennifer@back2health.nl
and include:
-
your name;
-
order number;
-
email address used for the purchase;
-
the name of the product;
-
a short description of the problem.
We will first try to resolve the issue where appropriate, for example by restoring access or supplying a correct working file.
Where mandatory consumer law gives you additional remedies, those rights remain fully applicable.

8. Refunds Required by Law
Nothing in this Policy limits a refund, price reduction, replacement, termination or other remedy that we are legally required to provide.
Where applicable law entitles you to a refund, we will process the refund in accordance with that law.
Where possible, refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is agreed or legally required.
Processing times after a refund has been issued may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

9. Duplicate Payments and Payment Errors
If you believe that:
-
you were charged twice for the same order;
-
an incorrect amount was charged;
-
a payment was processed in error;
please contact us promptly at:
jennifer@back2health.nl
We will investigate the transaction and correct genuine billing errors where appropriate.
Correcting a duplicate payment or billing error does not create a general right to refund a valid digital purchase.

10. How to Exercise a Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If your statutory right of withdrawal still applies, you may notify us clearly that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
You can contact us by:
Email: jennifer@back2health.nl
Telephone: +31 6 55148431
You may also use the Model Withdrawal Form included in Annex A of our Terms & Conditions, although using that form is not mandatory.
Where an online withdrawal function is made available on our website, you may also use that function.
Your notification must be sent within the applicable statutory withdrawal period.
You do not have to explain why you are withdrawing.
Dutch rules also require qualifying online sellers, since 25 June 2026, to provide consumers with an online withdrawal function during the period in which the right of withdrawal remains available.

11. No General Satisfaction Guarantee
HERWORK does not currently offer a separate money-back or satisfaction guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.
Purchasing a HERWORK product therefore does not create an automatic refund right simply because the product:
-
was not what you personally hoped it would feel like;
-
required more effort than expected;
-
did not produce a particular personal outcome;
-
was not completed.
HERWORK products are educational and personal-development resources. Individual outcomes depend on your own circumstances, decisions, actions and implementation.
Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

12. Promotions, Discounted Products and Bundles
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the same refund and withdrawal rules apply to:
-
discounted products;
-
launch offers;
-
coupon purchases;
-
promotional prices;
-
product bundles.
Purchasing a product at a promotional price does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
Where a bundle contains multiple digital files, beginning to access or download digital content may affect the statutory withdrawal right in accordance with the consent and acknowledgment provided during checkout and applicable law.

13. Customers Outside the Netherlands
HERWORK sells digital products internationally.
This Policy is written on the basis of our establishment in the Netherlands.
If mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted by this Policy, those mandatory rights continue to apply.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us first at:
jennifer@back2health.nl
This allows us to investigate technical issues, duplicate transactions or other genuine problems directly.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any lawful rights available through your payment provider or applicable consumer law.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes do not create an entitlement to retain or distribute HERWORK digital products without payment.

15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when necessary to reflect:
-
changes in law;
-
changes to HERWORK products;
-
changes to our checkout or delivery systems;
-
changes to our business operations.
The latest revision date will always appear at the top of this page.
The policy and Terms applicable to a particular purchase are generally those presented at the time of that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
